  • What is required to reserve transportation?
    A $25 deposit to hold your reservation.
  • Do you accept cash payments?
    No we accept credit cards and zelle (doubleeexpresstransport@gmail.com
  • When should the services be paid for?
    Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to reservation date.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Trips cancelled 48 hours prior to reservation will receive a full deposit refund. Trips cancelled within 48 hours of reservation will forfeit any deposits made. Also any reservation not paid in full 48 hours before will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • What is your late policy?
    You have a 10 minute grace period after which a $15 late fee will be charged. After 20 minutes your trip will be cancelled and no refund will be given. **** This policy does not apply to flight delays.
  • Are your vehicles smoker friendly?
    No.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    Customer will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for excess garbage, smoking or vomit etc.
